MIDA CHRIOX 5 is a peracetic acid based disinfectant with a high efficacy for use in the brewing industry, and in food processing.
MIDA CHRIOX 5 is effective against all types of microorganisms including bacteria, yeasts and moulds, even at low temperatures and at low concentrations. The biocidal action of MIDA CHRIOX 5 has been confirmed according to different methods including relevant EN standards.
MIDA CHRIOX 5 is non-foaming and suitable for spraying, CIP applications, regular disinfection of tanks, vessels, piping and other working equipment. It is a powerful oxidant supporting the breakdown and solubilisation of proteins and therefore the removal of food residue soiling.

USE INSTRUCTIONS
MIDA CHRIOX 5 is used at a concentration between 0,1 and 0,5 % at room temperature (up to 40°C!). Respect a contact time between 5 and 15 minutes with the treated surfaces. For disinfection purposes it is necessary to prerinse or clean the surfaces. Rinse thoroughly after use and ensure that all product residues and soil particles are removed. Do not use as a concentrate !
