Fermentis SpringFerm BR-2 yeast is your yeast's health pack. Thanks to its vitamins and minerals, it reduces the risk of organoleptic deviations (volatile acidity H2S). Yeast booster also enhances yeast vitality, improves final beer attenuation and facilitates diacetyl reduction.
USAGE: SpringFerm BR-2 can be mixed with wort or water and added directly to the boiling tank. Do not mix SpringFerm BR-2 with yeast during yeast rehydration.
DOSAGE: 1 g/hl to 5 g/hl depending on must composition.
