The Verdant yeast from Lallemand brings prominent apricot notes and hints of tropical fruit and citrus blend perfectly with the hop flavours in this very versatile variety.

With medium to high attenuation, Lalbrew® Verdant IPA leaves a smooth, balanced malt profile with a little more body than a typical American IPA yeast strain.

Fermentation temperature: 18°c to 23°c

Flocculation: Medium to high

Density: Medium

Maximum Alcohol Content: 10% ABV
