Philly Sour yeast from Lallemand is the first yeast in the WildBrew™ range. Philly Sour is an excellent choice for creating innovative, light beers with lovely acidity and stone fruit notes. With its high attenuation and flocculation, as well as good head retention, WildBrew™ Philly Sour is the ideal yeast for styles such as Berliner Weiss, Gose, American Lambic and American Wild Ales. In addition, its resistance to hops makes it suitable for Sour IPAs.
