

The SafAle™ WB-06 yeast is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus and is characterised by very high attenuation.
Specialty yeast selected for fermentation of white beers. Produces subtle ester and phenol notes (POF +) characteristic of white beers.
