Endozym Brewing Plus is an enzymatic preparation that prevents most quality defects in raw materials (malt and un-malted cereals).
The beta-glucanase, cellulase, pentosanase, and arabanase activities guarantee the filterability of the mash and the beer. Alpha-amylase ensures the saccharification of starch, while neutral protease activity allows for the creation of FAN (Free Amino Nitrogen) for yeast nutrition.

Recommended dosage: 300-500 g/ton of malt; 400-800 g/ton of grain when using wheat or un-malted cereals.
