A quick history of Bière Appro
Created in January 2007, Bière Appro was born from an original idea by Mrs. Susanna Stettler. Originally from Switzerland, this entrepreneur became familiar very early with artisanal beer brewing, which is very widespread in countries with Germanic cultures (Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, etc.). After working in a wine house, Susanna decided to found her own company dedicated to brewing beer in France, in the village of Uzelle where she lived. A pioneer at the time, it has since won over many craft and amateur brewers, through the quality and choice of its products, as well as its customer support.
Taken over at the beginning of 2020 by Eric Beghi, a former commodities trader, the company settled in Viry in Haute-Savoie (south of Geneva) and now offers you a selection of organic products (malt, hops, ingredients) and local (malt) in addition to these usual references.
