WHC's Zeus / Hercules yeast is a diastatic and thermotolerant yeast with a huge tolerance to alcohol, for the production of grain-based alcohol. The yeast's internal production of glucoamylase ensures the breakdown of complex sugars and increases alcoholic yield. The resulting alcohol has a rich, complex flavour.
