LalBrew® LoNa™ is a strain that does not consume maltose or maltotriose, resulting in very low attenuation. LalBrew® LoNa™ is the first maltose-negative strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, specifically selected for beer fermentations.
LalBrew® LoNa™ behaves like an ale yeast producing a clean, neutral flavor profile, free of phenolic flavors, and significantly reducing aldehydes that cause wort flavors.
