LalBrew Voss™ supports a wide fermentation temperature range between 25 and 40°C with an optimum between 35 and 40°C. Very rapid fermentations to complete attenuation are achieved with an optimum temperature between 2 and 3 days. The flavour and aroma profile is consistent regardless of the fermentation temperature chosen: neutral with subtle fruity notes of orange and citrus. Flocculation is very high, producing very clear beers.
