

S-33 yeast from Fermentis is a versatile, robust yeast with a neutral flavour profile. Its low attenuation produces beers with a long finish. Particularly recommended for special ales and Trappist-style beers. Yeast with excellent sedimentation: forms no lumps but a fine dust when re-suspended in the beer.
