Used at the beginning of the mashing process to improve the filtration cycles of the mash and the beer. The colloidal stability of the product is also enhanced.
Non-GMO enzyme.
Recommended dosage: 200-300 ml/ton of malt.
Optimal temperature: 50 to 75°C.
