MIDA ADD 411 PH is a stabilized hydrogen peroxide solution often used as an additive to help remove organic soils in alkaline cleaning processes within the food and beverage industry.
MIDA ADD 411 PH is non-foaming, making it suitable for clean-in-place (CIP) systems as well.
MIDA ADD 411 PH is a powerful oxidant that promotes the breakdown and solubilization of proteins, thereby enhancing soil removal.
MIDA ADD 411 PH is used at concentrations between 0.1% and 0.5% in a dilute alkaline solution, at temperatures ranging from ambient to over 70°C
