Fermentis SafBrew ™ DA-16 yeast is a powerful solution (consisting of active dry yeast and enzymes: glucoamylase) for the production of very dry and flavoursome beers, especially fruity and hoppy beers such as Brut IPA.
SafBrew ™ DA-16 is also recommended for very high gravity wort, allowing an alcohol level of up to 16% ABV.
Ingredients: yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), maltodextrin, Aspergillus niger glucoamylase (EC 3.2.1.3), E491 emulsifiers (sorbitan monostearates).
