Farmhouse Yeast is a non-diastase hybrid yeast that has been selected to make Saison and Farmhouse style beers. 

Farmhouse yeast is the result of the research and development work of Renaissance Yeast in Vancouver, Canada.

Care was taken to maintain the normal use of brewing sugars to produce dry season. Additionally, patented technology from the University of California, Davis (USA) ensures that the strain will not produce sulfur odors, thus improving the aromatic characteristics of the yeast.
