FERMO Brew Nectar yeast from AEB is a hybrid aromatic yeast strain. It can be used to produce special beers characterised by complex aromatic profiles with notes of candied fruit and yellow-fleshed fruit. Thanks to its low nutrient requirements, this yeast produces a pleasant organoleptic profile from the very first stages of fermentation. This particular characteristic also makes it possible to produce beers with little or no alcohol, using the method of interrupting fermentation by reducing the temperature of the fermentation tank (<0.5%vol). However, the use of FERMOPLUS Fruity enhances these fruity aromatic notes.
