WildBrew™ Helveticus Pitch is a high-performance lactic acid bacterium, specially selected for its ability to produce a wide variety of sour beers. It delivers an intense flavor profile with citrus notes, typical of both traditional and modern sour beer styles.
This bacterium is a powerful and easy-to-use method for acidifying a wort, for example, in the brew kettle. WildBrew™ Helveticus Pitch is capable of providing consistent results. Styles brewed with this bacterium include, among others, Berliner Weisse, Gose, lambic, American Wild, and Sour IPA.
