LalBrew New England is a ready-to-use dried variety of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, selected for its specific ability to allow hop flavours and aromas to remain prominent while providing fruity notes.

Fermentation in 7 days, slightly slower than most beer strains. This is a natural characteristic of this strain.

Attenuation: Medium to high

Fermentation range: 15 - 22°C
