Pinnacle Low Alcohol is a maltose-negative yeast, specifically selected to produce a clean, low-alcohol beer with very low levels of malty/worty notes and full mouth feel.

Its clean aroma and lack of phenolic off-flavors make it suitable for a wide variety of beer styles, including IPA, NEIPA, Lager, Pale Ale, and Stout.
Note: Pasteurization is required. The remaining maltose is fermentable by other yeast strains, wild yeasts, and bacteria. Pasteurization stabilizes the product and prevents microbial activity in the packaged product. See the technical data sheet for more detailed information.
