Mosaic is a daughter of Simcoe ® YCR 14 and a male derived from Nugget. Mosaic ® hops owe their name to the artistic assortment of aromas and flavors they are capable of presenting.
Note that the 1kg bags, repackaged by Yakima, are packed under nitrogen. This is a more reliable method for flushing oxygen out of the bags and ensuring there is no residual O2 present.
