Caramelised Ca 1000 malt is a selected local summer malting barley processed into dark caramel malt. A nearly complete caramelization occurs through
gentle production in the drum roaster. The pleasant sweetness and profound caramel notes enhance palatability and improve foam quality.
Dosage: Up to 10%
EBC Color: 1000 (900-1100 EBC)
