Essential® Lager 02 is a Saccharomyces pastorianus strain selected from the Lallemand yeast collection to produce authentic lager beers with a neutral profile and very consistent fermentation performance. It is characterized by high attenuation, strong flocculation and vigorous fermentation within the recommended temperature range.
