

Fermoale Bel Abbey yeast from AEB is a top-fermenting yeast of Belgian origin selected for the production of a wide range of ales, including Abbey beers (Enkel, Dubbel, Tripel & Quadrupel), Belgian Pale, Dark Strong Ale, Belgian Blonde and Pale Ale.
This yeast confers a complex but at the same time frank and clean aromatic profile with delicate phenolic notes enriched by ripe fruit aromas. FERMOALE Bel-Abbey has a good attenuation capacity and ferments very quickly.
