SafAle™ BE-134 yeast from Fermentis is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus and is characterized by very high attenuation.
This specialty yeast strain has been selected for the production of Belgian-style Saison beers. It promotes the development of fruity and spicy aromas (clove notes) (POF +). This strain allows brewing refreshing, easy-to-drink beers.
