Buckwheat malt is 100% organic and malted in Haute-Savoie. The cereals are organically grown and come from the Rhône Alpes region.
Roasted buckwheat has strong notes of walnut, maple and toast. Although light in colour, it has a very full, rich, almost syrupy body.
