Protafloc is a practical and reliable clarifying agent from Murphy & Son, specially designed for the clarification of wort in breweries.
Protafloc dissolves easily in boiling must and binds to the unwanted protein fraction known as 'cold break'. Once the wort has cooled and is fermenting, these particles settle quickly, preventing their presence in yeast and beer.

DOSAGE: 2-5g per hL mout.
Activity range: pH 5.0-5.6 and <25 °C
STORAGE: Temp: 1–37°C (Do not let it freeze!)
LOCATION: Fresh, airtight and protected from sunlight.
SHELF LIFE: At recommended storage temperature, 24 months from date of manufacture.
