Cryo SuperDelic™ from Yakima Chief is an innovative and ultra-aromatic version of the New Zealand SuperDelic™ hops. Thanks to an advanced cryogenic process, the hop cones are fractionated at very low temperatures to isolate the lupulin, maximizing the concentration of essential oils and aromatic compounds.
This process reduces vegetal matter while intensifying the characteristic notes of SuperDelic™, offering an explosion of tropical fruit, red berries, and candy flavors. Cryo SuperDelic™ is particularly suited for IPAs, NEIPAs, and other hop-forward styles, delivering exceptional aromatic power and improved brewing efficiency.
Used in dry hopping or whirlpool, Cryo SuperDelic™ ensures a purer, more intense aromatic expression while limiting vegetal astringency, resulting in smoother, more balanced beers.
