Fermoale New-E yeast from AEB is a top-fermenting yeast ideal for producing New England IPA (NEIPA), Double Hazy IPA and Hazy pale ale. It produces beers with an opalescent appearance and a balanced flavour profile, with notes of tropical fruit supported by a sweet finish. The aromatic contribution of this yeast perfectly complements the flavour profile of hopped beers.
