

Released by Washington State University in 2013, Cashmere hops are a daughter of Cascade, with Northern Brewer genetics from the male parent.
Cashmere has a higher alpha acid content than Cascade and contains twice as much humulene, giving it a smooth bitterness and a soft citrus aroma.
