LalBrew CBC-1™ yeast from Lallemand referments beer effectively thanks to its high resistance to alcohol and pressure. It has a neutral aroma, which helps to retain the original character of the beer. LalBrew CBC-1™ can also be used for primary fermentation of Champagne-type beers, fruit beers and ciders.

- Primary: 20°C

- Refermentation: 15 - 25°C
