LalBrew Nottingham ™ is an English yeast, selected for its high performance and versatility. It is suitable for a wide variety of styles and fermentation conditions. 

In addition to these traditional styles, Nottingham gives the ability to produce Golden Ale, Kölsch, lagers, IPA, and Imperial Stout. LalBrew Nottingham™ is a relatively neutral, stress-tolerant strain, making it a good choice for high density fermentation conditions, sour worts and other difficult fermentation conditions.
